The cooking idea could be really cool. There are probably a lot of ways to do it. I don't know the size of the kitchen you'll be in, but if your in a small one than it would be interesting because it would be full of commotion
... if your doing it in the cooking room, then you should incorporate an image or something in the scene that tells the viewer whats being cooked or something
